Two readings, one direction. Say TIL-spire or til-SPEE-re; both are right.
A CMS small enough to read end to end.
tilspire is a self-hosted PHP content management system: a lean core, a theming engine, a separate admin panel, member accounts, and modules you add only when you need them. No framework, no Composer, no build step.
Most systems ask you to adopt a framework, a build pipeline and a package tree before you've written a line of content. tilspire runs on the plain PHP hosting most people already have, and keeps working without a treadmill of dependency updates.
