Terms of Service
The terms for browsing tilspire.com, holding an account on it and posting on it.
Last changed: 15 October 2026.
These terms cover tilspire.com: browsing it, holding an account on it and posting on it. Terms for buying from the site will be added here before the shop opens. The software you download comes with its own licences; see "The software" below.
Who we are #
tilspire.com is run by Aleksander Støle, a private person in Spain ("we"). Contact: hello@tilspire.com.
Using the site #
Don't attack the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law. We may block access that harms the site or its users.
Your account #
You need an account to post in the forums. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is posted from your account. To close your account, write to hello@tilspire.com and we will close it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.
What you post #
You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to show it on tilspire.com, and to keep it there as part of a thread after you close your account unless you ask us to remove it. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive or spam, or anything you have no right to share. We may edit or remove posts that break these rules.
The software #
Every tilspire package includes its licence in the LICENSE file, and Pro modules come with their own licence. Those licences, not these terms, govern your use of the software.
No warranty, limited liability #
The site and its content are provided as they are. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes #
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the last change at the top and, for a change that affects account holders or customers, tell them by email at least 30 days ahead.
Law #
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory rules.
